About the role
Silver Lining Disability Services is a rapidly growing disability support provider, and we are looking for passionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. With immediate shifts available and exciting opportunities for career growth, now is the perfect time to become part of our expanding organisation.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, assisting them to achieve their goals, increase independence, and engage in their local community.
Duties may include:
Community access and social support
Personal care assistance
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments and activities
Supporting participants to build life skills and independence
Implementing individual support plans
We currently have a variety of shifts available, including:
Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Evening shifts
Active overnight shifts
Sleepover shifts
Weekend work
Immediate shifts available
SCHADS Award Level 2
Pay rate dependent on experience, qualifications, and skill level
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Current National Police Check
Reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance (preferred)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
