About the role

We are currently seeking experienced Operation/Process Technicians with strong CIP (Carbon-in-Pulp) or CIL circuit experience for exciting opportunities in gold mining operations throughout Queensland.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of gold processing plants. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help maximise production while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor gold processing plant equipment, with a focus on CIP/CIL circuits, adsorption, elution, and associated systems
Perform plant startups, shutdowns, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance
Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and quality control testing
Carry out first-line maintenance and report issues through the maintenance system
Work collaboratively with operators, supervisors, and metallurgists to achieve production targets
Adhere to all site safety, quality, and environmental procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Process Technician or Process Operator in gold mining (essential)
Hands-on CIP (Carbon-in-Pulp) or CIL circuit experience (highly regarded)
Strong understanding of gold processing flowsheets, including crushing, grinding, leaching, and tailings management
A proactive, safety-focused mindset with the ability to work in a team environment
Relevant tickets and certifications
Availability for rostered shifts (various FIFO/DIDO rosters available depending on site)
Previous experience in Queensland gold operations is highly desirable.
