• Preparing & cooking a wide range of dishes, from bulk production to fresh, seasonal plates
• Working in an open kitchen where you are part of the guest experience
• Delivering consistently high standards in taste, presentation and timing
• Maintaining strong hygiene, safety & HACCP practices

• Previous cooking experience or a genuine passion for great food
• Ability to stay organised & meet timeframes, even during busy periods
• Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene & WHS principles
