Project Coordinator – Expression of Interest

Summary:

The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of insurance projects within our Newcastle office. This position involves coordinating project activities, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our project management processes, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of insurance projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
• Support the project manager in preparing project proposals and presentations.
• Organise project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
