About the role
We are looking for a self-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow an established customer base across metropolitan and regional Victoria.
IMPORTANT: This is a field-based role involving regular driving and overnight trips away from home across regional Victoria. Applicants must be available and comfortable with this travel requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers in-store on a fixed, rotating purchase cycle.
Take orders and ensure customers receive consistent, reliable follow-up.
Maintain regular contact between visits, including online ordering support and order follow-ups.
Present and promote new product ranges to existing and prospective customers.
Support store set-ups, opening orders and product displays.
Maintain accurate customer, order and activity information using our sales and CRM platform.
Liaise with the in-house sales support team and manage returns or credit requests when required.
Role Expectations
Maintain and grow the territory's current sales targets.
Plan and manage appointments with your manager to ensure, travel, follow-ups and administration handled professionally and efficiently.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Work autonomously while contributing to shared sales team goals.
Travel throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria, including regular overnight stays away from home.
About You
Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow customer accounts.
Strong communication, organisation and professional time-management skills.
Confident using an iPad, iPhone and online ordering or CRM systems.
Self-motivated, dependable and comfortable spending significant time on the road.
Available for overnight regional travel - this is essential.
