About the Position

We are seeking an Education & Consultancy Lead to join our team and play a critical role in the growth and delivery of education and consultancy services through the Alzheimer’s WA Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Leading a high-performing team, you will oversee the delivery of education and learning programs, develop innovative consultancy solutions, and ensure sustainable growth while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow Alzheimer’s WA’s education and consultancy service, aligning it with the overall organisational goals and objectives.
• Drive the development and delivery of high-quality education and training programs that meet client needs and are delivered on time, within budget and to exceptional standards.
• Develop responsive and innovative consultancy solutions that strengthen dementia capability across organisations and communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government, health, aged care and community sector stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships and new service offerings.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, operational performance, compliance and quality assurance, ensuring projects and services are delivered successfully and achieve intended outcomes.

About You

You are a confident and commercially minded leader with a passion for education and social impact.

You will bring:

• Leadership experience within education, training, consultancy, workforce development or a related sector.
• Experience operating within an RTO environment and knowledge of compliance and quality requirements.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
• A track record of building client relationships and growing services through business development and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management, financial management and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare, aged care, community services or a similar sector will be highly regarded.
