Heavy Vehicle Technician Wanted!

Outwest Concrete is a family-owned business with 35+ years in the industry. We’re looking for a qualified diesel mechanic with a strong mechanical, auto electrical, and hydraulic background to join our Sunshine North workshop.

You’ll be working across our fleet of concrete agitator trucks, heavy machinery, and company vehicles. The role is hands-on and varied, ideal for someone who can work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

• Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing trucks, machinery, and light vehicles

• Working across mechanical, auto electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Carrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs

• Supporting apprentices and junior staff when required

• Maintaining safety, compliance, and workshop standards

• Trade qualified diesel mechanic (or strong mechanical background)

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, auto electrical, and hydraulic systems

• Experience with trucks, machinery, and fleet maintenance

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive, organised, and reliable

• Must be an Australian resident – no sponsorship available

• Police check and pre-employment medical will be required

• Secure, full-time role at our Sunshine North workshop
