• Initial 3-month contract 
• Seeking SQL Server Cloud migration experience
• Perth CBD location

A highly reputed organization providing services to the WA community.   

The role:

We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrators for initial 3 month contract contract based in the Perth CBD. 

Responsibilities include:

• Perform migration of SQL Server databases (versions 2008 R2 to 2019) to Azure SQL and Azure Managed Instance.
• Perform migration of SQL Server Analysis Services and SQL Server Integration Services packages as well as migrating SQL Server Reporting Services reports.
• Provide support and expertise to business stakeholders

 
Key technical experience

• Proven working experience within an Enterprise scale environment
• Experienced in managing and administering SQL Server databases installed on virtual machines as well as on Azure SQL or SQL Managed Instance in Azure.
• Experience with implementing security and auditing for Azure SQL and SQL Managed Instance in Azure
• Relevant industry certifications
