Studio Manager

Belgravia Arts is a newly established private enterprise that currently owns and runs a collection of dance and training academies in Victoria. We are looking for an amazing Studio Manager in a permanent part time capcity to run our thriving Torquay studio - Torquay Dance Academy. This role exists to manage the operational requirements of the school to ensure a safe, vibrant and high quality environment for our students, teachers and parents. This role will involve some evening work and the occasional weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Operational

• Overall management & accountability of running of the venue, staff & students

• Manage and oversee all OHS requirements, policies & procedures

• Management of all external vendors

• Management of communication between parents, students & teachers

• Management of staff, HR requirements & performance

• Payroll & budgeting

• Rostering & timetable management

• Management of invoicing & tuition collection

• Uniform management- sales, re-ordering and stock management

Event Management & Marketing

• Overall management of event planning – concerts, school events, performances, competitions, holiday programs in conjunction with program leads

• Booking venues, ticketing, run sheets, costuming

• Overall management of marketing calendar/plan and budget
