Operations Supervisor (PM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join the PM Operations team at our Berrinba, QLD branch. 

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm – with overtime available. This position will suit someone who prefers a hands-on approach and is not afraid to work with the team to ensure the general day-to-day requirements on the floor are met.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Supervising 2-3 depot staff

• Loading and unloading of interstate and local fleet 

• Putting together Linehaul drivers’ paperwork and ability to manifest loads via our TMS 

• Scanning of inbound and outbound freight 

• Checking off inbound manifest 

• Stocktakes via PDA floor scans  

• Forklift licence

• Excellent communication skills

• Microsoft Office experience

• Previous experience using Transvirtual will be highly regarded
