Requirements

• Operational Excellence/Cert III Warehouse Operations
  

• Successful completion of Manual Handling Training
  

• Successful completion of Load Restraint training
  

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office & Manhattan SCALE
  

• Experience leading a team.
  

• Experience implementing WHS Safety procedures
  

• Experience working to schedules and lead times to meet customer demand
  

• Strong & effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  

• Demonstrated ability to drive change and improvements.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to direct staff.
  

• Flexible in response to work priorities and issues
  

• Proactive approach to improving procedures & processes.
