• Empowering parents and carers with practical strategies that strengthen relationships, build confidence and improve outcomes for children
• Partnering with colleagues, services and community supports to create coordinated care that makes a real difference for families
• Leading improvements that enhance service quality, strengthen clinical practice and deliver better experiences for families
• Sharing your knowledge through mentoring, supervision and education that helps others grow and succeed

• Eligibility for membership, or current membership, with the Australian Association of Social Workers
• Strong experience working with families, children and complex social or behavioural challenges
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills that foster trust, collaboration and positive outcomes
• A commitment to clinical excellence, continuous learning and supporting the development of others

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading practice improvement initiatives and/or specialised training in parenting, attachment, trauma-informed or early intervention approaches.
