Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers.

 

The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family who lived on the Hawkesbury River who were lucky enough to have had a natural spring water source on their property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got"!

 

Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.

 

In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.

Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we're looking for enthusiastic Production Team Members to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Malaga site.

What you’ll be doing

 

 

• Keep our production lines running smoothly by operating equipment and automated technology safely and efficiently.
• Help deliver quality products by monitoring production performance and carrying out quality checks.
• Identify, troubleshoot and escalate issues to minimise downtime and keep production on track.
• Support line set-ups, changeovers and material handling to ensure seamless operations.
• Build your skills across multiple areas of the site, including machine operation, cooler refurbishment and forklift driving (where licensed).
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace that meets high safety and quality standards.
• Share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and productivity.
