Food & Beverage Supervisor | Perth's Outback Splash

Are you an experienced hospitality supervisor who enjoys leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences?

Perth's Outback Splash is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team for the 2026/27 season.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily our daily food and beverage outlets throughout the Park.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll lead by example, supporting our Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver safe, efficient and memorable guest experiences across all food and beverage outlets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the day-to-day operation of the Burger Bar and mobile food outlets.
• Leading, coaching and supporting Food & Beverage Attendants throughout each shift.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest enquiries professionally.
• Coordinating daily staffing requirements and adjusting team allocations to meet operational demands.
• Supporting food preparation and service during busy periods.
• Opening and closing outlets, completing operational checklists and ensuring daily procedures are followed.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Operating and troubleshooting Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Cash handling, till reconciliations and end-of-day reporting.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating restocking of food, beverages and merchandise.
• Supporting the delivery of catered functions, birthday parties and special events.
• Working closely with the Kitchen Team Leader to ensure seamless food production and service.
• Assisting other departments when required to support the overall operation of the Park.

About You

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a hospitality, food and beverage or retail leadership role.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supervising and motivating a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on approach with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

First Aid qualifications and Food Safety knowledge are highly regarded but not essential.
