Property Inspector

The role of Property Inspector will include:

• Collecting and returning keys from various agencies across the Perth area.
• Thoroughly documenting properties through photography, these include, Property Condition Reports, Routine & Final Bond Inspections.
• Providing detailed voice recordings, transcribed by a third party.
• Utilizing various app-based programs for property inspections.
• Timely upload of reports and photos from the comfort of your home.
• Representing our company with professionalism and delivering high-quality reports.

Skills and experience:

The ideal candidate, while receiving comprehensive training, should possess the following:

• Proficiency in working with technology.
• Effective time management abilities.
• iPhone with a recent IOS
• Reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Home computer equipped with Microsoft Office and unlimited fast internet.
• Must have previous Property Management experience.

Pay: $700.00 – $1,500.00 per week
