360 - Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Phoenix Source & Select Pty Ltd due to continued growth and multiple open roles, are now looking for a dedicated, experienced Recruitment Consultant to drive the permanent recruitment function.

Based at our Jamiesontown office, this role is a full 360 desk – ability to drive your own activity and direction and the opportunity to thrive within a National organisation.

About the Role

You will:

·        Manage, support and grow your own perm desk

·        Focus predominantly on either blue or white collar placements (or both) with the opportunity in time to specialise and drive towards specific sector

·        Source, attract, interview and place – quality candidates

·        Develop strong client and candidate relationships

·        Drive sales and business development activity

·        Represent the Phoenix Brand with honesty, integrity and utmost Professionalism always

·        Ensure adherence to administration and compliance requirements

·        Implement and execute creative sourcing and marketing strategies

·        Contribute and promote to team culture

What we are looking for:

·        Previous recruitment experience

·        Strong communication skills both internal and external

·        Commercially savvy with sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent time management along with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
