Located in the heart of Newstead, Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a professional and customer-focused Vehicle Valet to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and premium experience. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their presentation, enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional first point of contact
• Locate and safely move vehicles throughout the dealership
• Assist customers with general enquiries
• Arrange customer transportation when required
• Liaise with Service Advisors to support daily operations
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints promptly
• Ensure vehicles and customer areas are presented to a premium standard

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport quickly and respond calmly to customer concerns
• Confidence driving and manoeuvring a range of vehicles
• A current and valid Queensland driver licence
• Luxury hotel, automotive or premium retail experience is highly regarded
