What you'll be doing?

Carrying out plumbing works across varied sites — Performing a wide range of plumbing tasks across government, commercial, and industrial job sites throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.

Managing commercial maintenance and fit-outs — Handling commercial maintenance contracts, fit-outs, and general plumbing services to a consistently high standard.

Working independently on-site — Taking ownership of jobs from start to finish, managing your own time and workload to deliver quality outcomes efficiently and professionally.

Liaising with clients — Communicating with clients in a professional and courteous manner, representing the business with integrity on every job.

Contributing to a high-performing team — Bringing a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality that upholds the team's reputation for reliability and excellence.
Who are we looking for?

Licensed Plumber with trade experience — A current plumbing licence and a minimum of two years of post-trade experience are essential for this role.

Independent and solutions-focused — The ability to work autonomously on-site, problem-solve effectively, and manage jobs to completion without close supervision.

Driver's licence — A current, valid driver's licence is required for this mobile role covering the Sydney metropolitan area.

Strong work ethic and professionalism — A positive attitude, reliable work habits, and the ability to represent the business professionally with clients and stakeholders at all times.

Communication skills — Great interpersonal and communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and contribute positively to the team.
