About the role
The Smith Family is a national children’s education charity that works with children and young people to overcome educational inequality caused by poverty – so they can thrive now and into their futures.
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Data Specialist to join our Learning for Life Customer Support and Administration team. This newly created role will play a critical part in working with complex data, undertaking analysis, reporting and set up of activity undertaken by the team, as well as completing complex data entry.

About the role
As the Data Specialist, you will support the delivery of Learning for Life scholarships and programs through the management, analysis and maintenance of operational data. You will work across multiple systems to ensure information is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose, while identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
