As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly while developing valuable business administration and customer service skills through a nationally recognised traineeship.

About the Role

Working alongside an experienced team, you will assist with:

• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Managing appointments and patient enquiries
• Coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate records
• Processing payments and handling administrative tasks
• Supporting day-to-day practice operations
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a professional healthcare setting

About You

We're seeking a confident and mature individual who:

• Has previous customer service experience, work experience, or demonstrated life skills
• Communicates professionally and confidently with a wide range of people
• Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail
• Can handle responsibilities with professionalism and discretion
• Is committed to learning and developing a long-term career

Preferred Requirements

• Driver's licence preferred
• Ideally living locally in or around Cooroy
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
