Bar Staff

The Cottesloe Beach Hotel is one of Perth's most loved coastal destinations, delivering high-volume food and beverage service across multiple venues right on the oceanfront. We're on the lookout for an experienced, passionate, and energetic Bar Staff to join our team.  
 
At the heart of everything we do is a simple philosophy: "to make people smile." Our Bar Staff play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, serving exceptional drinks, and bringing great energy to every shift.         
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience, offering guidance beverage selections.
• Serve & mix beverages, including cocktail, wine, beers, ciders, and other offerings from our exclusively curated menu.
• Ability to work across multiple venues to serve customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
• Opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleanup, and restocking of the bar.
• Operate POS systems, handle transactions, and reconcile payments accurately.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth and efficient bar operation.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

 
  About You

• Previous experience in a similar role ( Bar/Cocktail experience preferred)
• Exceptional knowledge of beverages and mixology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bar operations.
• Ability to work well under pressure - remaining calm & collected.
• Strong customer relations and passion for creating elevated experiences.
• Immaculate presentation and strong written & verbal communication.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
