Sales Representative

About the role

Avan Campers is seeking a talented and enthusiastic sales person to help grow the brand and sell new and used recreational vehicles. You will be an active part of the team, delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used fleet vehicles
• Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
• Follow set processes, negotiate and close deals
• Work in the sales yard on Saturdays
• Attend trade shows on some weekends

• Willingness to be hands on and be an active part of the team
• Enthusiastic and self motivated
• Excellent people skills
• Practical skills and technical competence
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Clear and confident communicator
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service experience
• High standard of professionalism and personal presentation
• Proven track record in a competitive retail sales department
• Valid Australian Drivers licence
• Must be available to work Saturdays in the sales yard and some weekends at trade shows
