Engagement Lead, Sales & Service Transformation

We are looking for an Engagement Lead, Sales & Service Transformation to drive complex, enterprise-scale sales & service transformation programs, with a particular focus on Salesforce-enabled transformation. Sitting within our Advisory practice, you will act as the senior bridge between our clients and delivery teams. Owning the engagement, maintaining alignment with senior business stakeholders, and ensuring complex programs deliver the outcomes they were established to achieve. 

This is not a traditional program management role. We are looking for someone who combines executive client leadership, transformation experience and strong delivery discipline. 

In this role you will play a key role in:

Lead Complex Client Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Act as a senior point of accountability across major transformation programs.
• Maintain alignment on outcomes, scope, priorities and key decisions.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and resolve issues.  

Own Delivery and Governance

• Provide senior oversight of large Salesforce-enabled transformation programs.
• Establish effective governance, decision-making and delivery disciplines.
• Maintain oversight of scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, commercials and quality.
• Proactively manage program, stakeholder and commercial risk.
• Step into challenging programs and help get delivery back on track when required. 

Connect Business Transformation and Technology

• Keep programs anchored in business and customer outcomes rather than technology implementation alone.
• Work across sales, service, customer experience, operating model, process, data and technology.
• Bring together multidisciplinary teams across Salesforce, design, data, integration and change.
• Help clients make pragmatic trade-offs across ambition, complexity, investment and time. 

Talent, Leadership & Capability

• Partner with Talent and L&D COEs on succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential development.
• Support leadership pipeline visibility and development across APAC markets.
• Collaborate on learning and capability plans aligned to future business and skills priorities.
• Support onboarding and integration of strategic leadership hires.

Grow Our Client Relationships

• Identify opportunities to extend our impact with clients based on emerging business needs.
• Work with account and sales leaders to shape new opportunities and extensions.
• Support major pursuits, bringing credibility around transformation, delivery approach and governance. 

• Experience at Senior Manager / Director level, or equivalent, leading major client engagements. 
• Strong experience with enterprise Salesforce transformation and implementation programs. 
• Credibility with senior business stakeholders as well as technology and delivery leaders. 
• Demonstrated experience managing complex delivery, governance, risk, scope and commercials. 
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, data, design and change. 
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify and shape follow-on opportunities. 
• The ability to bring clarity, structure and decisive leadership to complex environments.
