Site Scheduler

Job Title: Site Scheduler Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced Site Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise to support planning and scheduling activities on major construction and infrastructure works at Lobs Hole, Cooma.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6• Monitor actual progress against baseline and approved schedules• Identify delays, slippage and critical activities• Prepare look-ahead schedules, weekly/monthly programs and progress reports• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors• Capture actual progress, planned activities and resource requirements• Perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting and impact assessments• Support project teams in achieving key milestones and delivery targets
Key Skills & Experience:
5+ years' experience in construction, infrastructure, civil, tunnelling, mining, energy or major projects schedulingStrong hands-on experience with Primavera P6Proven experience developing and maintaining detailed construction schedulesStrong understanding of critical path, dependencies, baselines, progress updates and forecastingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reportingStrong stakeholder communication and coordination skillsAbility to work effectively in a site-based 14/7 roster
