The role and the experience you’ll need to succeed…

• Experience in co-managing a team in a fast-paced food service environment
• An absolute commitment to delivering a great customer experience
• Energy and the ability to engage your customers and build long lasting relationships
• Loves multi-tasking. We are obsessed about great experiences built around beautiful, fresh product that is exquisitely presented. Producing fresh, instore daily means you and your team’s activities span service delivery, production, and product presentation
• Rostering and support in leading a small team
• Experience working with business financials; profit & loss, budgets and KPI’s would be an advantage
• A bonus if you have a valid and current certification in SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety but not essential
