Group Manager, Workplace TechnologyYour opportunityAt Scentre Group, technology plays a critical role in enabling our people to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers and communities.As Group Manager, Workplace Technology, you will define and execute our workplace technology strategy, ensuring employees have secure, seamless and productive technology experiences that support high performance.As a senior leader within Technology Platforms, you will drive the evolution of workplace technology capabilities, modern ways of working and service excellence while leading a multi-disciplinary team spanning workplace engineering, service delivery and end-user support and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Defining and delivering Scentre Group's Workplace Technology strategy, roadmap and vision.Leading the end-to-end employee technology experience across workplace services, devices, collaboration platforms and support.Driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and modern ways of working to improve productivity and collaboration.Ensuring workplace technology services are secure, compliant, high-performing and aligned to business needs.Leading a high-performing team while managing strategic vendor partnerships, investments and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is permanent, full-time.What sets you apartWe are looking for an experienced technology leader who has:Led workplace technology or end-user computing at scale in a complex, multi-site environment.Delivered a major Microsoft 365 or device transformation from strategy through to adoption.Balanced hands-on operational leadership with strategic influence.Built and led high-performing technology teams, and managed strategic vendor relationships and investment decisions.
