We’re looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our Urology team, where you’ll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cutting‑edge technology, and make a real impact to patient lives

What You’ll Do

🔹Contribute to meaningful, lifechanging innovations that improve patient outcomes.

🔹Provide in theatre case support to clinicians, delivering high quality in‑ servicing‑, workshops, and training for hospital teams.

🔹Maintain deep product and clinical knowledge through ongoing training, delivering a consistently high standard of clinical support and customer experience.

🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, identifying opportunities and partnering with the sales teams to support customer needs.

🔹Partner with cross functional, high performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

🔹Support the broader ANZ Urology business as needed, while consistently representing Boston Scientific with professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a clinically minded professional who is passionate about learning, patient care and building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

🔹Clinical Experience within healthcare, medical devices or a related environment (Urology exposure is highly desirable).

🔹Relationship builder, developing trusted, long‑term partnerships with key clinical and hospital stakeholders.

🔹 A self-starter with a growth mindset, bringing curiosity, agility, and continuous learning to develop deep product expertise and keep pace with evolving clinical needs.

🔹 Clear and Confident Communicator, capable of planning and prioritizing effectively, working autonomously, and collaborating with high‑performing, cross‑functional teams to support clinicians and achieve shared objectives.
