The Opportunity
To work alongside a senior BDM to learn how to develop new business and begin your career in sales
By selling innovative products that are either unique to the industry or significantly gap competitors products in the industry
Supported by large marketing campaigns and solid systems and processes
Working with an excellent team, and leaders who invest in your professional and personal development
For high performers, the opportunity to be involved in the discussions that shape the future of the company
About You
You have a commerce degree or similar
You are eager to learn, hungry for success
You think commercially and strategically
You are authentic, genuine, transparent
You have a track record of achievement – which isnt necessarily in sales, think life in general, sporting etc
We believe we provide an outstanding workplace where our staff genuinely enjoy what they do, are suitably challenged, and where they significantly grow professionally and personally
All our staff begin their journey with us with our 12 week “boot camp” which exposes them to all aspects of our business, including (but not limited to): manufacturing, warehousing, administration, technical support, marketing and sales. For sales people in particular, this gives you the best grounding from which to launch your successful sales career
