Marketing Manager:
Responsibilities:
• Lead Marketing communications in Australia • Localize global narratives/themes/GTM campaigns in regional markets • Identify regional trends • Team with regional and/or global PR Agency of Record • Act a point person for regional media relations • Team is central team on regional CSR and DEI efforts • Help with in-region events (team with events COE) • Identify conferences, speaking opportunities in-region (team with Executive Communications, Communications, social media COE) • Team with global Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity Inclusion teams for in-region plans • Support client visits in partnership with Client Health • Partner with local leadership and strategy to help shape and prioritize the market plan in region and lead with the appropriate marketing and communications strategies to deliver growth objectives.
• Partner with global colleagues to integrate and drive targeted activity across, brand awareness, sales lead generation, and Account Based Marketing • Support high-priority activations in-region (larger vertical events and corporate sponsored initiatives) • Build and leverage thought leadership, including primary research, whitepapers, and client case studies in region • Work closely with regional, vertical sales & practice leaders • Support Regional Talent/Employer Brand Activations:

Minimum qualifications
• Solid experience in Marketing and Communications • Formidable leadership, outstanding written and oral communications skills, coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills • Capable of working across complex organizations and environments prone to regular change • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines and have a high level of executive presence • Understanding of regional culture
