Credit Controller

 We have an opportunity available within our Credit and Procurement team, based at our Fortitude Valley Service Centre. Are you currently working within a high-volume credit control or accounts receivable role and looking for a new challenge? If so, this may be the role for you. Your new team is connected, high performing and supportive. Step into an environment where you'll play a key role in maintaining WorkPac's risk minimisation processes, while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across the business. With your transferable skills in credit control, you'll be looking to test yourself within a new environment – make a name for yourself and achieve both your professional and personal goals.

 What will your day look like?

• Calling customers daily to drive collections and keep invoices within terms
• Running weekly ledger reviews with the Credit Manager and closing out actions
• Reconciling accounts and logging discrepancies fast
• Managing incoming emails, remittances and customer detail requests
• Reporting on overdue accounts at month end

 In simple terms, as a Credit Controller, no two days will be the same. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment, but highly rewarding! You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure.

 What do you need?

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a credit control role
• Some experience with banking/accounts receivable is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to follow up internal and external stakeholders by phone
• Intermediate standard in Microsoft Office applications
