Wellbeing Coordinator

As Wellbeing Coordinator at Levande Plenty Valley, you’ll bring people together, create experiences residents genuinely look forward to and help build a strong sense of connection and belonging across the village. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to life – from activities and events to wellbeing initiatives and community partnerships – while getting to know our residents and understanding what matters to them. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Plenty Valley Village in Epping, Melbourne. What you’ll do You’ll coordinate wellbeing, lifestyle and social activities across the village, creating opportunities for residents to connect, participate and enjoy the things that matter to them. You’ll: Create and coordinate a varied calendar of social, lifestyle and wellbeing activities that residents genuinely look forward to Organise events and experiences that bring people together and strengthen connection across the village Build genuine relationships with residents, using their interests, ideas and feedback to shape the wellbeing program Connect residents with relevant services, resources and community organisations, while building strong local partnerships Work closely with the village team to support resident wellbeing, maintain relevant records and help create a safe, welcoming community What you’ll bring You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and understands that wellbeing is about more than organising activities – it’s about helping people feel connected, included and part of their community. A warm, approachable and caring nature, with a genuine passion for working with people Strong organisation skills and the ability to plan and coordinate engaging activities and events Creativity and initiative, with plenty of ideas for creating meaningful resident experiences Strong communication and relationship-building skills across residents, families, colleagues and community partners A collaborative, hands-on approach; a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and current First Aid Certificate are highly regarded Why you’ll love working at Levande At Levande, our purpose is to enrich lives and communities.
