Warehouse Assistant

RWW Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Brisbane operations team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency and keeping a warehouse running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane warehouse, ensuring customer orders are picked, quality checked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking customer orders accurately
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
• Packing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Stock replenishment and general inventory duties
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory checks
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse and operations team as required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in doing the job properly
• Has good attention to detail
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Is physically capable of performing manual handling duties
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Understands the importance of workplace safety

Previous warehouse, picking and packing or stores experience would be highly regarded, however a strong attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

A current forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
