Sales Consultant

We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join the Noel Jones Real Estate team. We have been helping Melbourne’s eastern suburbs buy, sell, and lease property for over 40 years, with 7 offices across Doncaster, Box Hill, Mitcham, Croydon, Ringwood, Yarra Ranges, and Carrum Downs.

Requirements

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (essential)

• Reliable vehicle (essential)

• Demonstrated success in residential real estate sales

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with high service standards

• Self-driven, motivated and accountable for results

• Professional presentation and a positive team mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end residential sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and close

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers, delivering a client-first experience

• Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, open homes and private inspections

• Negotiate offers and provide clear guidance to achieve the best outcomes for clients

• Maintain an organised pipeline and follow-up rhythm, meeting agreed performance targets

• Work collaboratively with the broader team while operating confidently and autonomously
