Onsite Driver Refuelling Operator

Site Drop is a leading onsite diesel refuelling provider servicing Sydney and the Illawarra. We deliver fuel directly to our clients' machinery, vehicles and storage tanks, helping keep their operations moving without downtime.

We are currently looking for a reliable, safety-focused Casual Onsite Driver Refuelling Operator to join our team.

This role offers a regular three-day working week, with shifts scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, commencing from Camellia at 6:30 am. Shifts are typically around 8-10 hours per day, providing approximately 24-30 hours across the regular working week, with opportunities for additional shifts when covering driver leave.

As an Onsite Driver Refuelling Operator, you will:

• Operate a company refuelling truck across scheduled client sites

• Safely refuel heavy equipment, trucks, generators and storage tanks

• Complete daily vehicle checks and required compliance documentation

• Follow strict safety and environmental procedures

• Provide professional and friendly customer service onsite

• Manage your allocated route efficiently and communicate with the operations team

• Assist with additional shifts to cover driver leave when required

This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone who is responsible, reliable and self-motivated.

This is a casual position with regular day shift availability required for:

• Monday

• Wednesday

• Friday

• Additional shifts as required to cover driver leave

Shifts commence from Camellia at 6:30 am and are typically around 8-10 hours per day, depending on scheduled deliveries and operational requirements.

Fridays are generally one of our busier operating days, so some flexibility to work a longer shift may occasionally be required.

Applicants should also have some flexibility to assist with additional shifts when reasonably required to cover driver leave.

• Current MR licence or higher

• Safe driving record and strong safety mindset

• Reliable availability for Monday, Wednesday and Friday day shifts

• Flexibility to assist with additional leave coverage when required

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening

Experience in fuel transport, transport logistics, construction or heavy vehicle operations is highly regarded but not essential.
