Hospital Account Manager | Consumables | NSW North

With a clear growth strategy and continued investment in the Australian market, they are now looking to appoint a Product Specialist to manage a well-established NSW North territory.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing key relationships across hospitals, including Infection Control, Nursing and Procurement stakeholders
• Providing education and clinical support to drive product adoption and best practice
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
• Supporting product evaluations, trials and implementations within key accounts
• Analysing territory performance to identify growth opportunities

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in medical device, consumables or pharmaceutical sales, or a clinical background with a desire to move into a commercial role
• Exposure to hospital environments, ideally with experience engaging multiple stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• A high level of resilience, drive and commercial acumen
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes
