Plant Engineer

At Ecolab, we create solutions that help businesses operate more safely, sustainably and efficiently. We're looking for a Plant Engineer to join our Darra manufacturing facility and play a key role in improving plant performance, reliability and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams and delivering improvements that make a real difference.

What you'll do

• Lead initiatives that improve equipment reliability, safety and productivity.

• Deliver engineering and capital projects from concept through to implementation.

• Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to identify opportunities and solve challenges.

• Drive continuous improvement across plant performance, asset management and production processes.

• Support a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

We're seeking a curious, practical and collaborative engineer who can influence outcomes and build strong relationships across the site.

You may come from manufacturing, FMCG, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, water treatment or another industrial environment. What's most important is your ability to improve processes, solve problems and deliver results.
