IT Support Admin (EUC Device Rollout)

Melbourne VIC | September Start | Contract through to December | $37.50/hr (Inclusive of Super)

An exciting opportunity exists for multiple IT Support Admins to join a large national utilities organisation delivering a major end user technology rollout across Victoria.

Working as part of a dedicated deployment team, you'll provide onsite support to staff, deploy new devices and help ensure a seamless technology experience across multiple locations.

What's on offer?
• September start
• Contract through to the end of December
• $37.50 per hour (inclusive of super)
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday
• Major national technology rollout
• Some travel throughout Victoria
• Immediate interviews - Onboarding starts this week

Key responsibilities
• Deploy and configure laptops, mobile phones and tablets
• Provide face-to-face IT support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain support tickets and asset records
• Support meeting room technology, printers and workplace IT equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the rollout

About you
• Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, EUC Support or Service Desk
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment
• Experience supporting Windows devices
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within Victoria
