The Opportunity

Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for shaping brand and reputation and engaging diverse audiences? IMDEX is seeking a Senior Communications Advisor (Internal) to lead impactful communication initiatives that elevate our global profile and connect meaningfully with our people and stakeholders.

You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering internal communications content and strategies, ensuring our messaging inspires our global teams. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Drive IMDEX's internal communications strategy to enhance employee engagement and reputation.

·       Craft compelling thought leadership content.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with global teams.    

·       Develop and implement employee communication plans aligned with business objectives.

·       Create engaging content for internal channels, including intranet and digital platforms.

·       Champion best-practice use of communication tools to empower teams globally.

·       Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on communication strategies for key initiatives.

·       Support change programs with integrated communication plans that drive engagement.

What You’ll Bring

As an internal Senior Communications Advisor at IMDEX, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect, inform, and engage our people across the globe. From crafting media strategies that elevate our global reputation to creating internal communications that keep our teams connected and inspired, your work will make a tangible impact. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a role that spans global markets and diverse audiences. To be successful in this role you will require the below-

·       Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field.

·       Proven experience in media relations and internal communications.

·       Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.

·       Experience managing corporate communications campaigns.

·       Familiarity with internal communication tools and strategies.

·       Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver under pressure.
