Trainee Parts Assistant

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Audi Centre Perth as a Trainee Parts Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Osborne Park Dealership and play a key part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and storing replacement parts for Audi vehicles

2. Accurately picking and despatching parts to support the team of Automotive Technicians

3. Maintaining stock levels and organising the parts department to maximise efficiency

4. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, both in person and over the phone

5. Supporting the Parts Manager with other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

1. A passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in parts and logistics

2. Strong organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities

3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service

4. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to learn and grow in the role

5. A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle to get to and from work
