What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional new vehicle handovers and product presentations
• Become the go-to expert on Jaguar & Land Rover technology and features
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations and customer education
• Assist customers with vehicle connectivity, apps, infotainment, and setup
• Create a premium showroom experience from enquiry to delivery
• Stay up to date with the latest product releases and brand innovations 

What We’re Looking For

• A confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation
• Passion for automotive technology and luxury brands
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to explain features in a simple, engaging way
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer experience background highly regarded
