Administration Assistant

About Us

We are a leading NSW fencing contractor specialising in the manufacture, supply and installation of high-security fencing and gate systems for Government, Tier 1 and major commercial builders.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Coordinator to join our team and provide support to our estimating and sales departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career in the construction industry. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

This is a varied administration role that will see you working closely with our estimating and sales team, helping to keep opportunities organised and ensuring important information is managed efficiently.

No previous estimating or tendering experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the estimating and sales team.

• Monitor incoming opportunities and client communications.

• Download, organise and maintain documents, drawings and correspondence.

• Manage calendars, reminders and important deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records within company systems.

• Liaise professionally with clients, builders, suppliers and project stakeholders via phone and email.

• Assist with general office administration and team support duties.

• Help ensure project information is organised and easily accessible.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Good computer skills and confidence learning new software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.

• A positive, reliable and proactive attitude.

• Professional presentation and customer service skills.

Previous experience in administration, customer service, office support or the construction industry will be viewed favourably but is not essential.

Experience with systems such as EstimateOne, TenderLink or similar platforms is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.
