About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class, and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
The role involves coordinating and managing a randomised controlled trial of oral misoprostol for cervical ripening. Responsibilities will include participant screening, recruitment and follow-up; coordination of trial activities; liaison with investigators, the Human Research Ethics Committee and research governance; maintenance of trial documentation; and oversight of data collection, quality and entry. The successful applicant will also have opportunities to contribute to the analysis, interpretation and dissemination of study findings, including co-authorship of publications arising from the trial.
This position is 16 hours per week, worked during business hours across two to four days per week. Working days are negotiable, with a preference for availability on at least one day between Monday and Wednesday.
