TRG Transport Solutions – Wingfield, SA Full Time | Permanent

We’re looking for someone organised, reliable and good with data to help keep our fleet running smoothly. This role suits someone who likes clear processes, accurate record‑keeping and staying on top of the details that keep trucks, trailers and equipment compliant and ready to go.

You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and support the day‑to‑day flow of information across the business.

What you’ll be doing

Most of your day will be focused on updating records, entering data, tracking dates and keeping our systems accurate. You’ll also help coordinate maintenance and support the team with general fleet admin.

• Enter and update servicing, repair and maintenance records

• Track registrations, permits, accreditation requirements and expiry dates

• Process fault reports and log repair details

• Keep digital files organised and easy to find

• Coordinate maintenance bookings and follow up with suppliers

• Support daily truck and trailer allocation

• Assist with audits, checks and compliance documentation

• Help with general facility and equipment admin when needed

About you

• Strong data‑entry skills and high attention to detail

• Comfortable using MS Office and digital record‑keeping systems

• Organised, dependable and able to manage competing tasks

• Clear communicator who follows processes well

• Practical, steady and solutions‑focused

• Cert III in Logistics Administration (or similar) is a bonus but not essential
