About us:

We are a fast growing commercial cleaning business in Adelaide specialising in commercial and residential end of construction cleaning services (builder’s cleans). Led with passion and energy from the top, our focus is to provide outstanding service to our clients no matter how small or big their project is.

Things you’ll be tasked with to make our client’s spaces look beautiful!

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning as required

• Removal of surplus builder’s materials and waste

• Glass cleaning

• Final cleaning of sites prior to handover to the clients

• Using various plant and equipment to help get the job done.

What are we looking for?

• People with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and an eye for quality.

• A good team player with the ability to adapt and flex to the changing needs of the job and environment.

• A strong level of fitness to be able to work efficiently, undertake physical work and safely undertake the requirements of the role.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to understand and communicate in fluent English.

• Good planning and motivation to get the job done quickly and to the required quality standards.

• The ability to follow WHS policies, procedures and requirements.

• A positive attitude, proactive and practical approach to getting the job done, delivering results and improving our processes.

To be considered for this position the following is non-negotiable (please don’t waste your time too!)

• Minimum of 1-years’ experience working directly in construction cleaning is essential (it’s a different skillset to standard domestic and office cleans)

• Australian Working Rights  

• White Card, current Police Clearance, and required PPE for working on a construction site

• Own/reliable transport

• Experience window cleaning and/or a Yellow Card (is not essential but will be considered favourably).
