Sales Consultant - Training Provided

Metier Recruitment is recruiting for several Sales Consultant opportunities with our client, a well-established organisation helping people across Adelaide access meaningful employment.

Based in either the Northern or Southern suburbs, these full-time, onsite roles are ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, opening doors and building strong relationships with local businesses.

This isn't your typical sales role.

You'll be speaking with local employers, understanding their workforce needs and creating opportunities that connect businesses with great people looking for work.

A typical day could involve:

• Building relationships with local employers across Adelaide

• Picking up the phone and confidently introducing yourself and your organisation

• Identifying businesses with current or upcoming recruitment needs

• Generating leads and developing new business opportunities

• Creating opportunities for people looking to enter or return to the workforce

• Developing a strong network of local employers

• Following up conversations and turning opportunities into genuine relationships

• Working closely with internal teams to help connect employers with suitable candidates

You don't need previous sales experience — but you do need confidence, energy and the ability to start a conversation.

We're looking for people who are:

• Comfortable and confident speaking with people over the phone

• Naturally outgoing and relationship-focused

• Resilient and not afraid of hearing "no"

• Motivated by targets and achieving results

• Able to build rapport quickly with different personalities

• Organised and proactive in following up leads

• Passionate about helping people access meaningful employment

Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, hospitality, call centres, retail or business development would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
