Sales & Growth Coordinator

About the role

Hide & Horn Australia is looking for a Sales & Growth Coordinator to join our growing family-owned business. This is a varied role with genuine responsibility where you'll help take the business to the next step. You'll combine retail, tourism, events, experiences, weddings, corporate activities and unique hat-burning workshops. No two days will necessarily look the same — one day you might be developing a corporate partnership, another creating social content, attending a networking event or helping deliver an event.

Key responsibilities

• Developing new sales and business opportunities

• Building relationships with businesses, tourism operators and industry organisations

• Developing corporate, tourism, wedding and event partnerships

• Following up leads and turning opportunities into bookings

• Helping grow workshops, events and experiences

• Creating engaging social media content and promotional ideas

• Representing Hide & Horn at networking events and activations

• Helping develop proposals and partnership opportunities

• Supporting events and off-site activations

• Identifying new ways to increase revenue and reach new customers

About you

• Confident and naturally good at building relationships

• Sales-minded without being overly corporate

• Proactive — you create opportunities rather than wait for them

• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects

• Creative and full of ideas

• Confident speaking with customers and businesses

• Comfortable representing a brand publicly

• Able to work independently and take ownership

• Commercially aware

• Comfortable creating social media content

Experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, events, marketing, business development or the wedding industry will be highly regarded. Previous management experience will also be highly regarded. You'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves when required and helping the wider team.
