🚜 Excavator/Combo Operator – Join a Great Crew Doing Quality Work

CJs Earthmoving Qld is looking for an experienced excavator/combo operator to join our tight-knit team. This is a primarily machine-based role, operating excavators and combo equipment across a range of earthmoving projects. Landscaping experience is a bonus but not essential.

We’re a boutique earthworks company delivering high-quality work across southeast Queensland. Our projects include dam dig-outs, retaining walls, horse arenas and council works, giving you plenty of variety while spending the majority of your time operating machinery.

🔧 What We Offer:

✅ Full Time pay means paid 38 Hours, Rain, Hail or shine – 12% Super paid on top, public holidays, and annual leave accrued

💲 Penalty rates paid

🚜 Modern equipment – Yanmar excavators (800kg to 8T), bobcats, and tippers

🧱 Diverse projects – from 1-day tasks to month-long job sites

📍 Brisbane-based depot in Geebung

HR truck license
