The Nitty Gritty

Reporting to the Principal – Talent Acquisition as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of attracting, engaging and securing talent for Aeris Resources. From sourcing and candidate engagement through to selection and onboarding, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment journey.

Working closely with our HR partners and hiring leaders, you’ll bring fresh thinking, strong market insight and a genuine passion for connecting great people with the right opportunities. You’ll drive an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers while continuously finding smarter, better ways to improve our recruitment processes, systems and support.

What you Bring:

• Recruitment experience – preferably within Mining or Heavy/Blue-collar sectors.

• Strong stakeholder relationship management at all levels.

• Knowledge of employment contracts and conditions.

• Proficient in HRIS, LinkedIn, and computer literacy.

• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

• Proactive in seeking process improvements and solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Self-motivated with enthusiasm and commitment.

• Collaborative and team-oriented to support business goals.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business or HR) preferred, not required.

The Company

Brisbane Corporate Office

Our Brisbane corporate office is the central hub supporting Aeris’ operating sites, development projects and care and maintenance teams across Australia. From here, our technical specialists, sustainability professionals, geology and exploration teams, and finance and people experts partner with our site teams to drive safe, efficient and productive performance.

Alongside day‑to‑day operational support, the Brisbane office provides strategic oversight and guidance - shaping plans, setting priorities and aligning operational delivery with Aeris’ broader business goals. This ensures our sites have what they need to operate safely and effectively today, while positioning the company for future growth and opportunity.
