Service Coordinator

SPL is a rapidly growing provider of innovative linen service solutions, committed to delivering better outcomes for our customers through service, technology and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for SPL customers, providing product knowledge, practical solutions and exceptional customer service while managing inbound and outbound communications.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with new and existing customers, manage customer enquiries and service-related activities, maintain accurate customer information, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver positive customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge, advice and practical solutions.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, including welcome calls, appointments, orders and delivery enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to support customer satisfaction.
• Work with State/Business Managers and Production teams to resolve customer and service issues.
• Assist with customer account setup and maintain accurate information across business systems.
• Identify and escalate customer risks and contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a high-volume or call centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills with a focus on positive customer and business outcomes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong attention to detail and a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
