Site Manager - Aged Care Development Metro Perth

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly reputable and quality-focused builder on a significant 6-level aged care development in Metro Perth.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys working on complex, high-quality projects and wants to be part of a well-established builder with a strong reputation in the WA construction market.

The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery and site operations of this major aged care development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and wider project team to maintain programme, quality and site performance throughout construction.

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale commercial or similar construction projects
• Experience managing complex multi-level builds
• Top-down construction experience highly desirable
• Piling experience advantageous
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and programme management
• Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
• A strong focus on safety, quality and project delivery
• The ability to lead and manage site teams effectively
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant Australian construction experience
